Syda is an Android app for breathing and sleep. Guided breathing exercises, an evening routine and a quick “Calm down now” work offline without an account.

What it does

  • Around 28 breathing methods, each with its own animation
  • Guidance by voice, tones or in silence
  • Sleep section: evening routine and a multi-night program
  • “Calm down now”: a one-minute exercise, always free
  • No account; data stays on the device

Describe your project.

Write a few sentences about what you want to solve. I’ll reply in writing and ask follow-up questions if needed.

What’s the problem, who will use the solution, and what would a good result look like? Rough notes are fine.
